Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Content Creator to produce engaging, high-quality multimedia content that supports our media production goals. This role involves ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing content across multiple platforms including digital, social media, broadcast, and branded channels. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with experience in both video and digital content production, and understands how to engage audiences through compelling visuals and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development:

  • Brainstorm and pitch content ideas aligned with the brand voice, marketing strategies, and audience interests.
  • Write scripts, outlines, and content plans for video, social, and other digital platforms.

Production & Filming:

  • Shoot and direct video and photo content in studio and on-location settings.
  • Set up lighting, audio, and camera equipment when needed.
  • Work closely with producers, videographers, and editors to execute content from start to finish.

Publishing & Distribution:

  • Schedule and post content across multiple channels in coordination with social media and marketing teams.
  • Monitor performance metrics and audience engagement to refine content strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, production, and communications.
  • Participate in creative reviews and contribute to content planning sessions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a content creator or similar role in media production.
  • Strong skills in Content creatpr or digital storytelling.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a good visual eye.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Visual communication, Film, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, or audience development strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
