Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1.     
Market Intelligence & Segmentation:
Conduct taluka-wise analysis of TAM, SAM, and SOM for energy-efficient product categories. Identify high-potential clusters and priority products for scaling adoption.

2.     
Impact Research & Monitoring:
Develop and manage a continuous feedback system on adoption, affordability, and satisfaction with clean-energy solutions. Conduct periodic income impact assessments for entrepreneurs and households. Evaluate ESG-linked project outcomes (social inclusion, CO₂ reduction, income uplift).

3.     
Partnership Research:
Map relevant government schemes, CSR programs, and institutional collaborations in clean energy and entrepreneurship. Identify potential co-funding or scale-up partners (State Missions, NABARD, UNDP, etc.).

4.     
Enterprise & Ecosystem Analysis:
Build a database of SHGs and MSMEs operating within project geographies. Study MSME energy usage patterns and identify alternative energy-efficient options.

5.     
Knowledge Management & Insights:
Generate monthly insights reports linking data findings to business and project decisions. Support internal teams with data-backed recommendations on product strategy, outreach design, and financing models.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·       Data-driven insights published:
≥1 analytical brief per month.

·       Policy/partnership opportunities identified:
≥3 per month.

·       Measurable increase in entrepreneur income and clean energy product adoption linked to research recommendations.

·       Having good experience on primary and secondary research

·       Active feedback loops established across operational areas resulting in x% increase in product distribution

·       ESG dashboard updates (CO₂ reduction, gender participation, livelihood impact) reported quarterly.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       
Solution based result-oriented achievements with proven example to demonstrate

·       Master's degree in Management, Economics, Development Studies, Energy, or related field

· years of experience in market research, impact assessment, or development sector studies — preferably within clean energy, climate, or rural livelihood domains.

·       Strong command on MS Excel and other data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SPSS, or equivalent) and ability to derive insights from primary and secondary data.

·       Experience in field research, survey design, and community-level data collection.

Compensation:

Fixed salary: Up to 55k per month

Variable: 25% Linked to business/project growth
