Role & responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue, direct cost, indirect cost & EBIDTA as per the approved business plan and is responsible for P & L.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the ELV recycling operations, monitoring performance against targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with recycling and operations teams to optimize dismantling and recycling workflows, implement quality control measures, and maximize material recovery rates.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards about end-of-life vehicles and their recycling, including environmental rules, safety guidelines, and data management requirements.
  • Drive sustainable initiatives within the ELV recycling division, promoting circular economy principles and implementing innovative recycling technologies.
