About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch & Logistics Associate to join our Supply Chain team. The role involves ensuring smooth dispatch operations, accurate documentation, and timely movement of products from the plant to distribution centers.

Salary: Upto – 3LPA (21K In-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure on-time vehicle loading/unloading.

·       Verify product quantity, batch number, and expiry details before dispatch.

·       Supervise loading of vehicles ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) and adherence to cold chain requirements.

·       Check vehicle hygiene, temperature, and sealing before dispatch.

·       Prepare dispatch-related documents (challans, gate passes, invoices)

·       Coordinate with production, quality, and transport teams for dispatch planning.

·       Accurate receiving and inventory management for finished products.

·       Maintain records of dispatches, vehicle movement, and delivery schedules.

·       Manage route planning, trip sheet preparation, and tracking vehicle status.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred).

1–4 years of experience in Dispatch/Logistics/Warehouse operations (preferably FMCG/Dairy).

Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems.
