QRAXA drives channel expansion, partner engagement, and business development to fuel growth vision across enterprise, government, and channel markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new 
    System Integrators (SIs), Distributors, and Resellers
     for ODM products.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through 
    LinkedIn, cold calls, email, and CRM outreach
    .
  • Conduct product presentations and demos (Servers, NAS, Workstations).
  • Manage and update all prospects, deals, and communication in 
    SuiteCRM
    .
  • Coordinate with internal technical & marketing teams for quotations and proposals.
  • Participate in tenders, RFP responses, and enterprise deal pursuits.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly funnel and closure targets.
  • Represent QRAXA at expos, partner meets, and industry events.

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi , English + Tamil preferred).
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Goal-driven mindset with ability to handle B2B cycles (Enterprise or Channel).
  • Self-starter attitude with high ownership and customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel (across South India).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering / Business / Marketing preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales, Channel Partner Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Experience with enterprise or hardware sales (servers, networking, or storage) is an advantage.
