Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Nasik. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the sales process, engaging with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering high-quality customer service. The role also includes providing training to clients on product offerings and collaborating with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Expertise in Sales processes, including lead generation and closing deals
- Proficiency in Sales Management and the ability to drive team performance
- Experience in delivering Training to clients or team members is a plus
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of the local market is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
