Position Title: Finance Head

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Function: Finance & Accounts

Salary Package: 16LPA to 18LPA

Position Summary

The Finance Head will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of financial

operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, treasury, and taxation functions for

a listed company. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements under the

Companies Act, SEBI Listing Regulations, and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS),

while driving financial discipline, accuracy, and governance. The Finance Head will act as

the key executor of the CFOs strategic financial plan and lead the finance team to

maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation and timely finalization of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual

financial statements aligned with Ind AS and Companies Act requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI disclosure obligations, stock exchange filings, and

other statutory mandates for listed entities.

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and banking

relationships for optimal liquidity and fund management.

  • Oversee direct and indirect tax planning, compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Drive internal controls, risk management frameworks, and ensure audit readiness

for statutory and internal audits.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and statutory authorities to ensure

transparent financial governance.

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to

support business objectives.

  • Facilitate ROC filings and collaborate with the company secretarial function for

regulatory compliance.

  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team focused on accuracy, control,

and timeliness.

Candidate Profile

  • C.A/ICWAI or MBA with finance discipline from reputed college with 15+ years of

progressive experience in finance leadership, preferably latest 5 years working

experience in Indian listed companies or large corporates.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act

2013, SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Regulations, Income Tax, and GST.

  • Proven expertise in statutory compliance, financial reporting, treasury and tax

management within a regulated listed environment.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills with an ability

to work closely with the CFO and executive management.
