Role Description

This full-time role of Sales Associate is based on-site in Hyderabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, conducting consultations to understand client needs, and recommending travel packages and services. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves managing travel queries, collaborating with suppliers, and staying updated on industry trends to provide the highest level of service.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Sales acumen with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proficiency in research and recommending customized travel itineraries
  • Attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, pricing, and market trends
  • Proficiency in using travel planning tools, booking systems, and CRM software is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Educational background in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
  • Passion for travel and a commitment to providing outstanding service
