Skills

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency required.
  • Experience in documenting and implementing business processes.
  • Project management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Sound judgment and ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Familiarity with rating agencies is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Jira, SharePoint, and process charting tools is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or Finance background.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update Moody's Ratings Pricing Documentation; ensure accuracy and communicate changes.
  • Support the development of Fee Documentation and Pricing Engine Data Catalogue for system enablement.
  • Assist in creating and managing the Pricing Master, including data collection and project coordination.
  • Contribute to pricing implementation through system requirements and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Help develop and maintain a modern pricing, quoting, and billing system.
  • Provide analytical support for annual fee setting and represent the team in internal meetings.
  • Coordinate meetings, activities, and ad hoc projects as needed.

About The Team
Moody's Ratings Pricing Operations Team is responsible for End-to-End enablement of global pricing strategies. This is inclusive but not limited to, Fee Documentation maintenance, Fee Schedule, GreenBook, Fee Notification maintenance, system maintenance and implementation.
