Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact Must have Skills : Salesforce Community Cloud Good to Have Skills : Salesforce Development Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Should be able to manage 10-12 members Team 2 Prepare Technical Design based on high-level design and business requirements for Integration and community cloud 3 Perform Build and Unit test of Salesforce modules based on technical designs, following best practices, ensuring expected code quality 4 Conduct peer review, guide team members 5 Status reporting to stack holders of the tasks complete by the team as per agreed schedule and budget Technical Experience : 1 Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce Configuration, Customization and salesforce community cloud 2 SME in Salesforce Integration, community cloud, Service Cloud 3 Salesforce community cloud, PD1 or PD2 Certified 4 Development project on custom development using ForceCom Min 3 project executed end-end preferably using Agile methodology 5 Salesforce community cloud templates, Lightning Development, Lightning Components, Apex code, Triggers, Salesforce Automation Professional Attributes : 1 Good communication skills 2 Ability to work with multiple stakeholders onshore and offshore 3 Plan and execute tasks as per agreed timelines and budget Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education
