Responsibilities:

- Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions aligned with client objectives and user needs.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, including templates, components, and user management.
- Experience with Experience Builder, Audience Targeting, Communities
- Develop and implement best practices for user engagement, content management, and knowledge management.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

Key Certifications
- 1. Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- 2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- 3. Salesforce Certified Administrator

Technical Skills Needed:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud APIs and third-party integrations
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge management best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
