Salesforce Community Cloud.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions aligned with client objectives and user needs.

2. Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, including templates, components, and user management.

3. Experience with Experience Builder, Audience Targeting, Communities.

5. Develop and implement best practices for user engagement, content management, and knowledge management.

6. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce Experience Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry trends.

7. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.

8. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.

Key Certifications
- 1. Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- 2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- 3. Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Technical Skills Needed:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud APIs and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and knowledge management best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
