Role & responsibilities
Manage responses from Magic Bricks & 99Acres
Maintain attendance records and data entry
Assist VP with tasks, update property listings
Handle property-related calls, manage key logbook
Track office expenses, courier handling, and document scanning
Coordinate with accounts for invoices and approvals
Assist in recruitment, scheduling interviews
Manage office operations, social media posting, and event coordination
Handle walk-in clients, greet visitors, and oversee office maintenance
Organize meetings, track office stock, and assist in year-end accounts closing
Preferred candidate profile
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Basic computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Ability to handle customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. Experience in receptionist duties, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and managing front-desk operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Should reside near the office location for daily commute convenience.
Freshers are welcome, we appreciate those who are ready to learn and grow
Work Schedule:
Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
