Role Overview

We're seeking a data-driven and innovative
Performance Marketing Expert
to lead international customer acquisition and growth campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of cross-border digital marketing, analytics, and ROI optimisation across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    paid acquisition strategies
    across international channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, affiliate networks, etc.).
  • Manage and optimise
    performance campaigns
    to achieve CAC, ROAS and LTV targets across geographies.
  • Lead
    market research & audience segmentation
    for international markets to inform campaign design.
  • Collaborate with creative, product and e-commerce teams to deliver high-impact creatives and landing pages.
  • Set up and maintain
    tracking & attribution systems
    for accurate reporting (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts and performance dashboards for senior management.
  • Stay ahead of
    global digital marketing trends
    , regulations and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • Graduate/Post-graduate from a
    Tier-1 or Tier-2 institute
    (IITs, IIMs, ISB, MICA, XLRI, NITIE or equivalent).
  • 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in
    performance marketing / growth marketing
    , preferably with international exposure.
  • Proven track record of managing
    large-scale campaigns
    with measurable ROI in e-commerce, D2C or FMCG brands.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, GA4, attribution platforms).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
