Brand Manager – COLOR CAPITALRole

We're looking for a
Brand Manager
who will take
full ownership of brand and collection direction at Color Capital
. This is a high-responsibility role in a fast-moving startup: you will lead teams across design, campaigns, social media, photoshoots, and marketing, while also stepping in wherever needed to get things done.

It's a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can operate as both a
leader and a builder
.

Responsibilities

  • Drive
    brand ideation and collection ideation
    , working closely with the design team.
  • Lead direction for
    photoshoots, campaigns, and marketing strategies
    .
  • Manage and align teams across fashion design, social media, and brand communication.
  • Ensure
    consistent brand identity
    across all channels.
  • Take ownership of brand milestones end-to-end, from idea to execution.
  • Work directly with founders to connect brand vision with business growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in brand/marketing leadership, in fashion and lifestyle
  • Experience running multiple functions or teams in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, culture, and storytelling.
  • High ownership mindset, willing to do whatever is necessary to make things happen.
  • Comfortable in a
    generalist leadership role
    with wide scope and accountability.
  • Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred.
