What You'll Do
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic discussions.
- Maintain and update CRM data, sales pipeline entries, and reports.
- Assist in creating dashboards and weekly performance reports using Power BI and Google Sheets/Excel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing dashboards.
- Support marketing operations including research, outreach list creation, and campaign data tracking.
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic tasks, documentation, and internal coordination.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation (training provided).
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and research ability.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Ability to work with Power BI.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and collaborate across different functions.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.
Bonus points
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of dashboards or automation tools.
- Interest in business strategy, sales, or marketing.
