We're looking for a
dynamic Business Analyst
to join our
Founder's Office
, working closely with the leadership team on
strategy, investor relations, and financial planning
.

This is a high-impact role that blends
business analytics, strategic thinking, and financial expertise
, offering direct exposure to decision-making at the top level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders and leadership to drive
    strategic projects, fundraising initiatives, and business planning
    .
  • Prepare
    investor reports, board decks, financial models, and performance dashboards
    .
  • Conduct
    market research and competitive benchmarking
    to identify trends and new opportunities in the fintech ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to gather insights and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Track
    business KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency metrics
    .
  • Support
    financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
    activities.
  • Create
    presentations and communication materials
    for investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in
    due diligence, M&A evaluations, and strategic partnerships
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Economics, Finance, Business Administration
    , or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years
    of relevant experience in
    business analysis, investor relations, consulting, or strategy
    —preferably in a fintech, financial services, or startup environment.
  • Strong grasp of
    financial statements, valuation, and economic fundamentals
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
    .
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Good to Have

  • Prior exposure to
    fundraising, investor communication, or board reporting
    .
  • Experience with
    SaaS / NBFC / lending / payments
    domain.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, high-growth environments.
