The Role

We're hiring a Growth Engineer Intern to build Repello's content presence and establish us as the go-to voice in AI security. You'll create content, grow our social presence, and help position Repello as the brand people think of when they think of AI security.

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation:
    Write for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters and cater to diverse audiences
  • Social Media Growth:
    Build presence on X,Reddit. Engage authentically in AI/security communities
  • Moment Marketing:
    Jump on breaking AI security news with quick analysis and hot takes
  • Experiments:
    Test content formats, track performance, iterate based on what works

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

  • Willingness to learn fast:
    No AI security background needed, but you must become fluent quickly
  • Self-starter:
    Bias toward action, don't wait for permission
  • Strong writing:
    Explain technical concepts clearly, adapt tone across platforms
  • Internet native:
    Understand how content spreads and what makes people share
  • Nice to Have:
    Technical background, content creation experience, interest in AI/cybersecurity
