About the Role
We are looking for final-year students or recent graduates eager to build a career in sales, marketing, and client success within the SaaS industry. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with partner salons, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Success – Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner salons, ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
- Onboarding & Training – Assist new clients in the onboarding process, providing guidance to ensure effective platform adoption.
- Sales & Upselling – Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive client success and business growth.
- Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to address client inquiries and enhance service delivery.
- Market Insights & Reporting – Gather client feedback, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations for product and service improvements.
- Strategic Consultation – Advise salons on optimizing their business operations through effective use of our platform.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or recent graduate in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Interest in SaaS, B2B sales, or the beauty and wellness industry (preferred but not required).
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks effectively.
