We're looking for a sharp, AI-native Growth Intern to help drive founder-led sales and outbound growth. You'll work directly with the founder to research prospects, craft personalized outreach, and build multi-channel campaigns that actually get responses. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales, marketing, design, and AI — perfect for someone who wants to learn how early-stage startups grow while working inside a world-class design studio.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify high-potential prospects using databases, LinkedIn, and creative sources.
  • Write personalized emails, DMs, and pitches that sound human — not templated.
  • Use tools like Apollo, Clay, Notion, and HubSpot (or Airtable) to manage outreach.

  • Experiment with multi-channel outreach — email, LinkedIn, video, creative formats.

  • Create lightweight pitch materials — slides, short videos, one-pagers.

  • Work closely with the founder to refine targeting, positioning, and messaging.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.) to supercharge research and writing.
