Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Officer role based in Chennai. The Sales Officer will engage in lead generation, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales strategies to acquire new customers. The role includes ensuring smooth sales operations, coordinating with channel sales partners, and providing exemplary customer service. The Sales Officer will also play a key role in meeting sales targets and contributing to the organization's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
  • Knowledge or experience in Channel Sales processes
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in local languages is a plus
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
