About the RoleWe're seeking a Lead Product & Design who is equal parts product strategist, systems thinker, and design craftsman.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building scalable processes, and creating intuitive user experiences. You'll drive product and design decisions from 0→1 and beyond, guiding a multidisciplinary team through discovery, execution, and delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & ExecutionOwn and evolve the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and user needs.

Translate ambiguous problems into clear product goals and actionable plans. Partner with engineering, data, and stakeholders to ship high-impact features quickly and efficiently. Lead discovery sprints, user interviews, and product experiments with measurable outcomes.Design LeadershipDrive a strong design philosophy grounded in usability, accessibility, and simplicity.

Ensure consistency across the product using scalable design systems. Champion clean, modern UI and UX by staying up to date with design trends and patterns. Guide design decisions with user insights, usability testing, and data.

Process Orientation & Problem SolvingEstablish efficient workflows across product and design teams, from ideation to launch. Identify bottlenecks and implement lightweight, scalable processes that foster collaboration and iteration. Bring clarity to chaos — turning complexity into elegant solutions.

Foster a problem-solving culture rooted in design thinking and structured decision-making. Tooling & Technical DesignLeverage and implement low-code/no-code tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, Bravo Studio, Bubble, etc.) to prototype or build MVPs. Use modern product and design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Notion, Jira, Amplitude) to drive collaboration and transparency.

Push the boundaries of what's possible with minimal code to accelerate product development. Who You Are6 years of experience across product management and design; 2 years in a leadership or cross-functional role.

Strong portfolio showcasing your design sensibility, problem-solving ability, and product outcomes.Deep understanding of product discovery, user research, and agile development processes. Expert in low-code tools and modern design systems for Web & Mobile. Passionate about clean design, user-centered thinking, and making things that just work.

Highly collaborative, yet independent; you can lead a team or jump in hands-on as needed. Curious and current — always learning, experimenting, and iterating. Bonus PointsExperience in startups or fast-moving product environments.

Familiarity with AI-powered design or productivity tools. Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams. Why Join
