Role Overview

As the
Production Lead
, you'll oversee and optimize our manufacturing floor. You'll manage production processes, resources, and personnel to ensure timely, high-quality output. Your leadership will ensure that our ODM workflows—from SMT pick-and-place to final box delivery—run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily production operations across SMT, integration, assembly, testing & packaging lines
  • Plan and schedule workflows to meet production targets while minimizing downtime and waste
  • Enforce SOP adherence, safety protocols, and maintain 5S cleanliness standards
  • Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians and staff; facilitate smooth line setups and changeovers
  • Collaborate with quality assurance, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues and ensure smooth material flow
  • Monitor key production metrics—yield, throughput, equipment uptime—and prepare performance reports
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or relevant discipline
  • 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments, ideally involving electronics/ODM
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—with the ability to manage teams on the shop floor
  • Proficiency in production planning tools, ERP/MRP systems, and metrics tracking
  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing methods, 5S, and quality/safety standards
