Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR-IT Coordinator to act as a bridge between the HR team and the IT department. The candidate will ensure smooth resolution of technical issues related to HR systems and portals, maintaining seamless communication between both teams. This is a 6-month contract or internship position with an opportunity to gain exposure to HR operations and IT processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact between HR and IT teams.
  • Coordinate and follow up on any HR-related technical issues with the IT department.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems in HR systems, portals, or software.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions back to the HR team.
  • Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups to improve process efficiency.
  • Support HR team in smooth functioning of day-to-day operations related to HR tech platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate or relevant qualification.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to follow up persistently and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems/portals is a plus.
  • Proactive, responsible, and organized.
