Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
Recruiter

with a strong background in the
hospitality industry

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a passionate, guest-centric workforce by identifying and hiring top talent across operations, design, projects, marketing, and on-ground hospitality roles.

You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from understanding manpower requirements to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various hospitality roles — front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest services, operations, and support teams.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create recruitment strategies.

2. Interview & Selection Process

  • Schedule and conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with department leads for final rounds.
  • Design and manage recruitment tests or skill assessments where needed.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

3. Employer Branding

  • Collaborate with marketing and HR to create engaging hiring campaigns and job posts that reflect the company's culture and values.
  • Represent the company at job fairs and industry events to attract quality talent.

4. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Oversee joining formalities and coordinate with HR operations for smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, track metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance, attrition), and report weekly updates.

Requirements

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in the
hospitality or service sector

(resorts, hotels, homestays, or related domains).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques and HR tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and multi-department coordination.
