Front Desk Receptionist Cum Admin Assitant

Reception Duties
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Telephone Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Mail Coordination: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package distribution.
- Scheduling: Maintain meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor schedules.
- Office Presentation: Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy and organized.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as required.
Administrative Support
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence, both electronic and hard copy.
- Office Supplies: Monitor and restock office supplies, coordinating orders with vendors as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Travel Arrangements: Support travel booking and itineraries for employees and guests.
HR Assistance
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new hires, including preparing welcome kits, coordinating orientation schedules, and ensuring compliance with HR documentation.
- Employee Records: Maintain up-to-date employee records and databases with confidentiality.
- Recruitment Support: Help with scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and managing candidate communication.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and HR-related projects.
Job Types: Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
