Job Description:

  1. Identifying customer need and preparing holiday packages.

  2. Working for Corporate which means to fulfill all demands for corporate clients.

  3. Handling both incoming and outgoing telephone calls and web enquiries.

  4. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.

  5. Working hard to achieve sales targets.

  6. Create, update and maintain an electronic record of client's database includes their bookings & their payments.

  7. Network with guests and other third-party vendors.

  8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  9. Building good customer relationship; before and after sales; to maintain client retention.

  10. Conducting research to add new vendors/ Travel Agents.

  11. Will be responsible for preparing and selling packages for our packages for tourists.

  12. Perform reservation and operational tasks to execute guest trip.

  13. Offering/ selling competitive prices & packages to customers.
