Role Description

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Agent for our US Travel division. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Spanish Agent will handle travel reservations, manage customer service interactions, assist with car rental arrangements, coordinate travel plans, and contribute to sales initiatives. The role involves daily communication with clients to ensure excellent experiences and seamless travel services.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and coordinating logistics
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English
  • Experience in managing Car Rental services and providing travel-related solutions
  • Sales skills with a proven ability to drive conversions and meet targets
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries and offer tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
