- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in reception or front office role in medical services/hospital industry.
- Strong knowledge of IPD billing systems (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, doctors, nurses, etc.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
