Position: Solution Sales Expert

Client: A Prestigious, Award-Winning Global Digital Logistics & Sourcing Platform headquartered outside India

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work From Office)

Type: Full-Time Employment (FTE) On Client Payroll

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday, 6 PM IST onwards (US Shift) depending on daylight savings to support US-based customer base

Compensation:

  • Fixed: INR 10–12 LPA
  • Variable: INR 3–4 LPA
  • Joining: Immediate or Max 30 Days Notice
  • Hiring Priority: Urgent – Interviews to be completed within a week

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic, influential, outbound inside sales professional who excels in consultative selling and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth global environments. The role focuses on customer acquisition and revenue growth across freight forwarding and sourcing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to qualified U.S. and Canadian SMB prospects.
  • Meet and exceed new customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue KPIs.
  • Engage prospects as a trusted logistics advisor, understanding their needs and recommending suitable freight forwarding/sourcing solutions.
  • Guide customers through the use of the company's digital logistics platform.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and activity logs in CRM systems.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to enhance processes and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–5 years inside sales experience, preferably selling to North American SMBs.
  • Strong experience in high-volume outbound calling, consultative selling, and value-based solution selling.
  • Background in SaaS, logistics, freight forwarding, or eCommerce preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills — both verbal & written (American/British accent preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High sense of urgency, resilience, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Tech-savvy with working experience in CRM tools & digital sales systems.
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones- must

Shift & Transport Policy

  • Male employees: No pickup/drop; must manage own commute.
  • Female employees: Cab drop-off provided due to night shift (company expense).

Interview Process (3 Rounds – Normally completed Within a Week after shortlisting)

  1. Round 1: Sales Competency & Behavioral Aptitude Test
  2. Round 2: Hiring Manager Round – India (Sales pitch, communication, outbound approach evaluation)
  3. Round 3: Senior Leadership Round – Outside India (Business & culture fit, motivation)
  4. Offer Discussion – Compensation & joining timeline

Additional Requirements

  • Mumbai candidates only (local) – No relocation for candidates outside Mumbai.
  • Must be willing to work from office.
  • Immediate joiners preferred; max 1 month notice acceptable.
