Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Billing and Invoicing – Generate and process accurate invoices for products sold. Verify and cross-check billing data to ensure accuracy.
  • Dispatching – Timely dispatch of products to customers, ensuring timely deliveries by generating labels for product dispatch. Choose the optimum courier partner for each delivery and bring issues such as non-servicable pincodes, long delivery timelines, etc to Manager's notice.
  • Logistics Management - Liaise with courier partner and delivery personnel to track shipments and deliver promptly.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing, dispatch and delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of billing activities for auditing purposes.

Desired Profile

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

· 0-2 years of experience as a Operations Executive or similar role in billing, dispatch, etc.

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Proficiency in using billing software and accounting systems.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
