The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Customer Success & Requirements Specialist
who thrives at the intersection of clients, products, and problem-solving. Someone who understands digital ecosystems, translates needs into solutions, and ensures flawless execution.
This is a role for professionals who listen deeply, think critically, and act with precision — serving as the bridge between what customers envision and what our teams deliver.
What You'll Do
1. Customer Requirement Gathering
Lead requirement discovery sessions with enterprise clients. Capture, document, and translate business objectives into actionable project briefs and execution roadmaps.
2. Product & Solution Expertise
Develop an in-depth understanding of DotKonnekt's AI and digital solutions. Connect client goals with our platform capabilities to deliver high-value outcomes.
3. AEO, SEO & Performance Marketing Knowledge
Apply working knowledge of analytics, search optimization, and performance metrics to collaborate effectively with marketing and technical teams.
4. Retail / Enterprise Client Management
Manage enterprise and retail clients with multiple stakeholders, ensuring proactive communication, consistent delivery, and long-term relationship success.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in
Customer Success, Client Servicing, or Account Management
roles. - Prior exposure to
tech-driven or product-centric
environments. - Strong
documentation, communication, and stakeholder management
skills. - Understanding of
digital performance, SEO, and analytics
. - Ability to adapt quickly, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes independently.
