We are looking for a fresher dynamic professionals who can give assistance to US-based companies through Cold Calling. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
*This job is based on a fixed salary + high ticket incentives with no target.
The major roles & responsibilities include: -
Make calls to given data within the timeframe.
Provide the correct information to the customers.
Enter details into the Sheets.
Provide product/service information by answering questions; and offering assistance.
Maintain the database by entering and verifying information; updating the contact log.
Improve quality results by recommending changes.
Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.
Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.
Do regular Follow-ups with the Maintained Prospect Sheet.
Generate Leads during the Clod calling process as much as possible.
Requirements:
· Very Good proficiency in English is required
· Good comprehension skills
· Very Good visualization skills
. sound knowledge of technology ( Website, software, etc.)
. only US-based holidays will be given
Qualifications
- passed candidates/Pursuing Graduation only.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Shift Time:- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM Mon- Fri (UK/US Process)
Salary: Fixed 10K + Good Incentives
** Candidates from Lucknow are preferred only.
** Selection will be based on the CV getting shortlisted and Interview rounds.
** candidate must sign a legal service bond.
