Role: Backend Developer

We're hiring a backend developer to build the foundations of our AI/LLM-powered infrastructure—scalable, secure, and designed for modern support workflows.

What You'll Work On


• Developing backend services in
Python
with focus on scale and performance.


• Designing and implementing
APIs, microservices, and async architectures
.


• Building
LLM- and RAG-based pipelines
, including vector search and embedding workflows.


• Integrating with third-party APIs (CRMs, support tools, document stores).


• Contributing to core infra powering knowledge ingestion and AI-driven automations.

What We're Looking For


• Solid experience in
backend development with Python.


• Hands-on experience with
LLMs, GenAI tools, or RAG pipelines.


• Strong grasp of
API design, async programming, and microservices architecture.


• Experience with
vector databases & embedding models
(OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.).


• Familiarity with integrating external APIs and SaaS systems.

Bonus Points


• Built or contributed to
GenAI chatbots, copilots, or multi-agent frameworks
(Crew AI, LangGraph, etc.).


• Experience with
knowledge ingestion pipelines
(PDFs, HTML, Notion, GDrive, etc.).


• Familiarity with authentication, RBAC, and enterprise security protocols.


• Exposure to
fine-tuning LLMs.
