The Role

We're seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to design, scale, and optimize the core systems . Architect and develop mission-critical backend services that handle millions of event interactions. You'll own complete modules from design to deployment, working in our collaborative Noida office environment where cross-team coordination drives innovation in event technology.

Key Responsibilities

Core Backend Development

• Architect robust backend solutions using Java (Spring Boot) for critical event modules including CRM, registration, ticketing, booking, and real-time analytics systems
• Develop high-performance API ecosystems that seamlessly handle thousands of concurrent event participants across multiple venues
• Engineer secure, auditable database operations using MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB with advanced performance optimization for event-scale traffic
• Build comprehensive authentication frameworks, dynamic user role hierarchies, and sophisticated multi-tenancy architecture for diverse event stakeholders

System Integration & Architecture

• Orchestrate complex external integrations including payment processors, communication APIs (email/WhatsApp), dynamic document generators, and logistics coordination platforms
• Champion end-to-end module ownership spanning data pipeline architecture to asynchronous processing workflows that power seamless event experiences
• Implement cutting-edge microservices patterns with Docker containerization and intelligent service orchestration for maximum scalability
• Engineer automated workflow systems and intelligent background processing that anticipate and respond to event lifecycle demands

Quality & Collaboration

• Write comprehensive unit tests and participate in thorough code reviews to maintain production-grade code quality
• Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and data teams to ensure seamless platform integration
• Contribute to internal technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
• Support production systems and troubleshoot complex technical issues in live event environments

Performance & Security

• Optimize database queries and implement intelligent caching strategies specifically designed for high-traffic event scenarios and peak registration periods
• Establish bulletproof role-based access control and implement advanced security protocols across all backend services
• Proactively monitor system performance and architect dynamic scaling solutions that automatically adapt to fluctuating event loads and attendance spikes

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on backend development experience with strong Java expertise
• Proven proficiency in Spring Boot framework and RESTful API design principles
• Advanced knowledge of ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA) and database optimization techniques
• Solid experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL schema design and performance tuning

Technical Proficiency

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and containerization with Docker
• Hands-on experience with role-based access control, cron job management, and asynchronous processing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and modern deployment strategies

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms (Metabase, AWS, Redshift) and advanced data analytics pipeline development
• Technical expertise in event-specific integrations: dynamic PDF generation, automated badge printing systems, intelligent QR code workflows
• Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and auto-scaling architecture management for unpredictable event traffic patterns
• Deep understanding of event industry operational flows and multi-stakeholder coordination systems
