Backend Developer (Python/Django)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead backend development for a fast-scaling security SaaS product.
  • Design, architect, and maintain secure, scalable APIs and backend services.
  • Run and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, frontend, DevOps, AI, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Take full ownership of sprint execution, roadmap alignment, and technical delivery.
  • Ensure backend systems follow cybersecurity best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with
    Python/Django

.
- Hands-on experience with
CI/CD pipelines

(GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, database design (
PostgreSQL/MongoDB

), and security principles.
- Familiarity with

integration from a product perspective.
- Prior experience in SaaS product or startup environments is a plus.
- Interest in
cybersecurity

with a willingness to hustle, learn fast, and own the delivery.
