About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Backend Developer
with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, databases, and integrations for mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in scalable architecture, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

●     Design, develop, and maintain
RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
for mobile (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native) and web applications.

●     Work on
push notifications
(FCM for Android & APNs for iOS).

●     Implement
real-time features
(chat, live updates) using WebSockets, Firebase Realtime Database, or

●     Ensure
data security
with encryption, secure API endpoints, and best practices for handling sensitive information.

●     Manage and optimize
databases
(SQL & NoSQL).

●     Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on
cloud platforms
(AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).

●     Write
clean, maintainable, and scalable code
with proper documentation.

●     Perform
unit testing and integration testing
; use Postman/Insomnia for debugging APIs.

●     Collaborate with
frontend and mobile developers
to deliver seamless user experiences.

Required Technical Skills

●     Strong knowledge of
/ Java
with a solid understanding of
OOP principles
.

●     Experience with frameworks such as
, Django, Spring Boot, or Laravel
.

●     Proficiency in databases:

○     
SQL
: MySQL, PostgreSQL

○     
NoSQL
: MongoDB, Firebase, Redis, DynamoDB

●     Hands-on experience in
API authentication & authorization
(JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth).

●     Familiarity with
server management & deployment
(Linux basics, Nginx, Docker).

●     Proficient in
version control
(Git with GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

Soft Skills & Qualities

●     Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

●     Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

●     Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.

●     Time management and accountability for deliverables.

Preferred Experience

●     2–3 years of professional backend development experience.

●     Experience in integrating with
mobile applications
(Android, iOS, React Native).

●     Prior experience in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
