Voorent started as a furniture and appliances rental platform focused on Delhi NCR. We are now evolving into a comprehensive circular economy ecosystem, offering refurbished, pre-owned, and sustainably sourced products alongside rental services. The Indian recommerce and rental market, valued at 22 billion dollars and growing rapidly, presents a unique opportunity to make high-quality, sustainable products affordable and accessible, while drastically reducing landfill waste. Our mission is to build a planet-friendly brand that combines affordability with environmental responsibility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Cofounder with an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership attitude, and deep belief in circular economy principles to lead and scale our new refurbished & used products vertical. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work closely with the founding team to define product-market fit, build operations from scratch, scale supply, drive revenue growth, and shape Voorent's sustainability-driven future. This role requires risk tolerance and commitment to grow equity value as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Voorent's circular economy and recommerce business.
• Build and scale the refurbished & used products vertical, developing supply partnerships and customer acquisition strategies.
• Define pricing and business models to capture growth within the expanding recommerce market.
• Oversee end-to-end operations, including procurement, refurbishment, quality assurance, logistics, and inventory management.
• Lead hiring, mentoring, and building a high-performance team focused on circular economy impact.
• Manage financial planning, growth targets, and fundraising efforts targeting impact investors and VCs aligned with sustainable commerce.

What We're Looking For

• Strong operational, supply chain, or e-commerce background, preferably with founding or startup experience.
• Passion for sustainability, zero waste, and circular economy models.
• Ability to work without salary initially, with motivation for long-term value via equity ownership.
• A builder mentality who thrives in ambiguity and can execute across product, marketing, and operations.
