What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build the Sales and Marketing Engine

Design the AI-powered systems that run our CSR partnerships funnel — from outreach to onboarding to renewal.

  • Drive Outreach & Conversion

Use AI to research leads, craft contextual messaging, and run smart, automated experiments to increase engagement.

  • Run Campaigns End-to-End

Own timelines, launch plans, nudges, and follow-ups — ensuring every campaign goes live without friction.

  • Create Systems, Not Just Slides

Build templates, automations, and workflows that make the team sharper, faster, and more future-ready. What You Bring to the Table

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, ops, or partnerships
  • Strong English skills
  • Curiosity for AI tools and how they can improve real work
  • A systems-thinker mindset — you like building once, using many times
  • You're proactive, adaptable, and love figuring things out
