Role Overview

We are looking for a talented
Data & AI Specialist
who can combine technical expertise with a passion for problem-solving and mentoring. The ideal candidate will not only work on building scalable data-driven solutions but will also
train, guide, and mentor freshers, junior developers, and interns
to strengthen our in-house data team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop, train, and deploy
    Machine Learning and AI models
    for real-world applications.
  • Build and maintain
    dashboards, reports, and data pipelines
    for business intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities.
  • Conduct
    training sessions, workshops, and mentoring programs
    for freshers, interns, and junior team members.
  • Document processes, share best practices, and contribute to building a
    data-first culture
    at Elfinity Technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Python or R
    for data analysis.
  • Proficiency in
    SQL
    and relational databases.
  • Experience with
    data visualization tools
    (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Good understanding of
    ML algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI frameworks
    (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    .
  • Ability to
    mentor, train, and guide
    junior team members.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
