Business Development Executive

At NexSofture, we empower businesses with next-gen solutions in UI/UX, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, AI, and Branding. We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be at the forefront of driving our business growth by engaging with potential clients, forging partnerships, and representing our services in the market.
The first month includes structured training on our services, processes, and pitches. From the second month onward, you will be actively visiting clients, pitching, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify potential B2B & B2C clients through market research, referrals, and networking.
- Reach out via emails, LinkedIn, cold calls, and client visits.
- Pitch NexSofture's services (web, apps, design, marketing, AI solutions) tailored to client needs.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups.
Business Presentations & Pitches
Conduct product demos and presentations at client meetings or online sessions.
- Develop custom proposals & quotations for prospective clients.
Represent NexSofture at seminars, tech expos, startup events, and college tie-ups.
Sales & Target Management
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and client closure targets.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients.
Work with the marketing & technical teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects.
Relationship Building & Partnerships
Build long-term business relationships with startups, SMEs, and institutions.
- Explore college partnerships for internships and training programs.
Create opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling services.
Reporting & Growth
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and closed deals.
- Submit weekly progress reports and monthly performance reviews.
- Continuously upskill through sales training & product knowledge sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong communication & sales mindset are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for technology, digital trends, and client success.
