Customer Relationship Management Executive

Location: GARGEE DESIGNER'S, Shop No. 3, Community Centre, Near Surya Hotel, New Friends Colony, New Delhi

Timings: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM (6 days a week)

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1–2 years in the ethnic wear or fashion industry

Reporting To: Creative Director & Managing Director

Note: No work from home allowed

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, fashion-savvy, and customer-oriented CRM Executive to join our team. This role blends styling, client interaction and customer relationship management—ideal for someone who wants to grow in both fashion and CRM domains.

Key Responsibilities of CRM

  • Assist in in-store styling, show windows and overall client experience.
  • Support online consultations and international client styling assistance.
  • Provide styling inputs for men's formal and wedding wear.
  • Help in packing, writing and sending personalized letters & gifts to premium clients.
  • Maintain and update data in CRM software to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Manage customer interactions via phone, email, or social media to address queries and offer support.
  • Build long-term client relationships through professional communication and follow-ups.
  • Analyze customer behavior and trends to improve engagement and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing and production teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
  • Track CRM KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in ethnic wear, menswear, styling or CRM.
  • Graduate or diploma in Fashion Design, Styling, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of men's formal/wedding styling.
  • Good handwriting and packaging skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
