About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant
to work directly with our Founder. The ideal candidate will act as the right hand — managing daily operations, coordinating meetings, ensuring follow-ups, and supporting in both strategic and administrative functions.

This role offers unparalleled exposure to leadership, innovation, and business strategy, working alongside one of India's recognized young innovators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder's daily calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings; ensure timely reminders and follow-ups.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and track action items until completion.
  • Handle professional correspondence (emails, documents, communication drafts).
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting briefs.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
  • Plan and oversee logistics for events, conferences, and client visits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all business matters.
  • Provide general administrative and project management support.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Meeting Preparation:
    Research and prepare briefs before every meeting or call.
  • Task Tracking:
    Maintain a daily task tracker and ensure timely execution by the team.
  • Project Assistance:
    Support in client coordination, proposal preparation, and documentation.
  • Internal Communication:
    Act as a bridge between the Founder and department heads.
  • Personal Coordination:
    Manage travel, scheduling, or personal tasks when required.
  • Operational Oversight:
    Help streamline workflows and suggest process improvements.
