Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executives calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings — scheduling, agenda creation, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Track key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support in project coordination, cross-functional communication, and operational planning.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, memos) on behalf of the executive.
  • Assist in organising company events, reviews, and leadership meetings.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements and administrative efficiency within the executive's office.
