Plant Cum Machinery Maintenance Executive

Ø Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.

Ø Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.

Ø Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns.

Ø Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians.

Ø Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly.

Ø Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, AIR COMPRESSOR, GENERATORS and other utility systems.

Ø Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.

Ø Track record of machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine

Ø Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions.

Ø Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments and give proper training to machine operators.

Types of Machinery to be handled:FBD, BLENDER, GRINDING & PULVERIZING MACHINE, Volumetric MACHINE.
