Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional who has complete technical and operational knowledge of **Plastic Woven Sack (PP/HDPE Bags) manufacturing plant.**

The candidate should be capable of managing production, supervising manpower, maintaining machinery, and ensuring product quality as per standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production process of woven sacks/bags, from raw material feeding to final product dispatch.

  • Knowledge of **machinery setup and operation** including:

* Extruder machine

* Circular looms

* Lamination plant

* Printing, cutting, and stitching units

  • Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely output.

  • Manage manpower, shift schedules, and resource planning.

  • Ensure raw material (PP, HDPE, master batch, additives) availability and maintain material consumption records.

  • Handle maintenance schedules and coordinate with the technical team for repairs.

  • Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage.

  • Prepare daily and monthly production reports.

  • Provide technical inputs for process improvement and cost reduction.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum **5–10 years** of experience in **Plastic Woven Sack / PP/HDPE Bags** manufacturing industry.

  • Strong understanding of production machinery and process parameters.

  • Knowledge of polymer materials, blending ratios, and extrusion techniques.

  • Leadership skills to handle a production team and plant operations.

  • Ability to troubleshoot process and mechanical issues on the shop floor.

Job Type: Full-time
