**Job Overview**:
The Process Coordinator for Machinery will be responsible for managing the efficient use, maintenance, and coordination of construction machinery, including JCBs, tractors, and other heavy equipment used in construction operations. The role involves planning, overseeing machinery operations, ensuring proper maintenance schedules, and optimizing machinery utilization to meet project timelines. This position is critical to the smooth operation of construction sites and the overall productivity of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage efficient use, maintenance, and coordination of construction machinery (JCBs, tractors, etc.).
- Develop machinery deployment plans based on project requirements.
- Track machinery usage and ensure equipment is used efficiently and safely.
- Ensure machinery undergoes regular preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Maintain logs of maintenance schedules, repair history, and service records.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams or vendors to address equipment failures quickly.
- Assist in budgeting for machinery-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction in machinery operations and maintenance.
- Monitor and control machinery deployment and maintenance costs within the allocated budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in machinery coordination, operations, or maintenance within construction.
- In-depth knowledge of heavy machinery, including JCBs, tractors, and other construction equipment.
- Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and safety standards.
- Proficient in using software for inventory and maintenance management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment.
