Overview:
The Process Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of business process flowcharts. This role involves ensuring that each step in the workflow is executed on time and that all relevant information is communicated effectively among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all steps in the workflow as outlined in flowcharts.
- Ensure tasks are completed within specified timelines.
- Communicate relevant information to all stakeholders involved in the workflow.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of process flows.
- Support team members in understanding and following established processes.
Key Skills:
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
**Requirements**:
- Must reside within a maximum of 45 minutes from the office.
- Fresher are welcome to apply.
- Non-technical background is acceptable.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
