Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive
- (Only Males)
Qualification required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
ITI trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc
Experience - Min experience of 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)
Salary - 18K in hand

Timings: 9:30AM - 7:00PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns.
- Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians.
- Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly.
- Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, AIR COMPRESSOR, GENERATORS and other utility systems.
- Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Track record of machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine
- Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions.
- Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments and give proper training to machine operators.

FBD, BLENDER, GRINDING & PULVERIZING MACHINE, Volumetric MACHIN
