About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive (BTL) to join our Bangalore team. The role involves supporting the planning and execution of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering quality brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing BTL campaigns such as activations, events, exhibitions, and promotions.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and monitor quality on-ground.

  • Support budget management, vendor payments, and expense tracking.

  • Maintain reports and updates on campaign progress and performance.

  • Provide operational support to the Operations Manager and senior team members.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL marketing operations within the advertising sector.

  • Strong coordination and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
